A Day of Gratitude and Grace!

Today was the first day of peace at a level of calmness. Those of you who have to fight the busyness of life can relate. I took moments and created a day of peace, filled with calmness. Quiet sounds of the clock ticking, the off and on clicking noise of the AC unit, the aquarium and the ceiling fan. How can these sounds bring peace you might ask? 

It’s all in the stillness!

Busyness in all are the sounds that one’s ear hear.
